Weather station

I get a weather report most mornings when I get my first cup of tea in bed. This morning it was -8.1 again. We usually get -5 a lot in winter and sometimes down this far. The plants are suffering a bit this year so I have brought some inside to wait for warmer weather.

We have Cathy and the kids up from Sydney for the weekend. We have been doing puzzles and Pop is watching a movie with Zach. I have lent Olivia some of my old books, she is a reader like her Mum and me.

My back is a lot better today, I am on strong pain killers but I think it is temporary. Bad backs are not good news.
