sorry, had to backblip due to no internet in the Natioanl Park.
As planned, we went to Gettysburg and visited the fabulous museum there. And strolled a tiny bit of the huge park (see extra).
After that we headed further south and entered the Skyline Drive of the Shenandoah National Park - and wow, what a beautiful place (see extra 2).
We stopped and stayed the night at the Skyland, and look at the view we had at our room (see extra 3) - ok, I altered the picture a bit, but it was pretty amazing watching the sun go down and having a cool Maine Summer Ale we still had in the car since the visit at Patricias.
