Taking over the shore ...
This is, I think, the third blip I've done showing how the shores of Cowal are being covered by wild mustard. This is the beach at the Ardyne - it's never been much of a beach in terms of sand and attractiveness, but now it's more like a wild garden as the plants cover the sand and pebbles. Actually I think the contrast of the yellow with the dark clouds and slate-coloured sea is rather fine, but I don't like to see such drastic change in such a short time.
But what a change also in the temperature: today it was 21C on the car thermometer as opposed to the 11C of yesterday. Not quite the 38C registering today in Chania and the area we stayed in a month ago, but a big improvement nonetheless...
