Balancing act?

This is my wee pal El showing how small she is - she is having to stand on a stone to reach the basket. Sadly it was time to say goodbye to Crailing Cottage today - I would have loved a few more days there. Still, we had permission to stay on until noon, so we had a lovely leisurely breakfast. El helped me to load up the car (why is it that when you take things back at the end of a holiday, they always take up more space and weigh more than when you arrived?) and then we went via Innerleithen to visit J, our ex boss and had a trip to St Ronan's Wells to see the progress in the garden which J manages.
