The "Rock" moved....

I just love those majestic heads and their symbolic presence as the king of our Alpine area. Extra photo is of three youngsters. Recently Intothehills published a very similar photo so I was delighted to see this little group just off the balcony walk from Lac Blanc above Chamonix. It was a day of swirling clouds, creating windows to spot the Mont Blanc Range newly coated in snow after last night's storm. No doubt Hibou's blip today will give you one of those dramatic views.
