The pot man

Ceramic pots are good business in India.  There was a stage when the housewives happily bought colourful plastic ones putting many potters out of business.  But, plastic doesn't keep water cool and after a while it grows bacteria.  These clay ones are cheap and slightly porous so the evaporation cools water and they are discarded for new at festival times so they don't have a chance to become clogged and unhealthy.
