Packed and ready

Cara and Bruce are all ready to go to their respective holiday homes - the minute I put their beds at the door they knew something was up and are looking a wee bit unsure. However, I know they will be loved to bits while I am away and it will be quite amusing as the gardens of my two friends back onto each other, so they will very quickly identify that the other one is just over the wall! I am already missing them as the house is so quiet but I will now be able to concentrate on finalising my suitcases which I didn't want to do while they were watching!

Tomorrow I will set off as soon as possible on the first leg of my journey, to stay with my sister and family in Lancashire where I will leave my car while I am away.

Today's walk was cold, blustery and very, very wet so, do you think I will miss it??...
