Graphic Arts Bulding

This is the latest in a series of blips about interesting and often overlooked B Buildings near my office. (see here and here for others like it)

The Graphic Arts Building is now live/work condos. I wasn't able to find out much online about its history, but I did discover that buying one would probably be out of the question (even if I were in the market for such a thing, which I'm not).
