Lovely visit

Had a much anticipated visit today from a far distant friend. He came bearing gifts. Aren't they lovely.

After the talking and catching up and tea-drinking had been done, I delivered him safely to a train. My planned nap in front of Agatha Christie on the tv was interrupted by another friend whose tech had broken and I was charged with fixing it.   Several hours of "oh wait, maybe........." happened before light dawned and I actually fixed it.

(only trouble is that will reinforce his notion that I am Tech Support!)
