Breakfast chia: a bowl of something sustaining
Now that the weather is cooling somewhat, I find myself gravitating back to breakfast bowls instead of smoothies at the start of day. And chia is so easy to prepare it's great for transitioning between seasons.
Made with almond milk, banana and chia seeds, garnished with fruit
