Grey Partridge Family

Nice walk out at Big Saltoun Wood, after a lazy-ish morning (well, up after 8 anyway) after all of the running about yesterday. Nice to see the Partridge, the 'Grey' being a red listed species, unlike the introduced 'Red-legged'. Greater-spotted Woodpecker in the extras too.

Despite yesterday and this morning I found myself walking a big black dog for most of the day. Not sure why. Not entirely shaken by getting out for a training ride, with my legs feeling really good for once, and the back pain now eased off almost almost almost completely.
