BlipaEwan 56...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

That's Ewan now doing full days at school after about 2 weeks of of half days. He's started getting homework and books home. Not reading books yet but just books to introduce him to the whole books coming back from school, being read then taken back. He has been giving us a few reports of happenings, more than Bethany still doesn't give us. We've heard a few of his Jollyphonics rhymes. Jollyphonics is a set of rhymes to introduce kids to the sounds that letters make.

This month we also swapped rooms for the two of them. Bethany's bed is too big for the smaller room so we swapped them over. Ewan was absolutely brilliant about it. When asked if he'd mind swapping to the smaller room, he just shrugged his shoulders and said. "Mummy, Daddy, I don't mind, it's fine" It was a very adult saying coming out of this 4 year old boy. Quite funny.
