A walk on the beach

Went to Allonby to visit a friend today.  Misty and her friend have done well for walks on the beach today, three!  So no walk on the marsh tonight.  It was so much cooler on the coast and quite windy, and much better for walking.  The first walk was at Mawbray in the sand dunes and the dog roses were looking wonderful.  I was very pleased to see some ladybirds (extras) on one of the dog rose shrubs as have only seen ladybirds on blip this year.  Another of Misty and her friend in extras.
