Feeling Fruity

Today my mum was up for a brief lunch visit! Think she needed to check I was okay and alive and kicking for herself.
She turned up early morning and the plan was to grab some lunch and then have a supermarket sweep since she had the big car with her.
We went for a wander around the retail park and I picked a new picture frame from Next home store and a few other bits and bobs to add to our eclectic little flat.
Mr T describes the flat as 'loved and loved in' and I think that perfectly sums up our home. Of course adding in dog hair!! Goes without saying.
We had pizza for lunch and then mum gave me some money and told me and Mr to go out for our tea.
So we did... We went to Papa Joes. One of our favourite places to eat!
Its like walking into an aladins cave of trinkets and movie posters taking up every space of every wall. There's saxophones, a deers head, a mini train set, old fashioned suitcases and hundreds of movie memorabilia. Old fashioned magic, which is so rare these days!
We shared some nachos and then I had spinach and ricotta cannelloni and Mr T had seafood paella. We shared a bottle of vino (my first drink in a while) and I also indulged in my favourite ever thing at Papa Joes - strawberry margaritas!!! They are delicious pink magic in a glass! So I had two!!!
We had a lovely meal, as always. After, we headed home and snuggled and watched some tv and headed to bed.
