to me this looks typically french, maybe because of the blue shutter. We explored a bit of the area today and had a lovely picnic, prepared by our B&B host, in a spot by one of the many rivers. We were heading to Coulon to take a boat on the 'green' waterways around here but by the time we arrived it was so hot we decided to return to the B&B for some time to relax and a dip in the pool instead. We thought we'd try for a boat again this morning, thinking it may be a bit cooler but told it will be even hotter, in the high 30's !
