September Challenge - Cold Drink - Straws

Day 16 of the September food challenge - Cold Drink

When I was knee high to a grasshopper (not that I ever was that small and in a position to be next to a grasshopper) drinking straws were made of paper, quickly went soggy and if decorated they had a single colour stripe down the length.

Now they are plastic, don't go soggy, come in all sorts of colours and shapes, so drinking through a straw is much better (even though it was a bit of a treat when I was young).

So here are some straws, placed on a light-box and lit from the opposite end. The ideal thing to drink a cold drink through, to keep it on theme for today.
