Wimpole House in the morning was amazing with knowledgably room guides that new when to talk and when to leave alone.  Although the one in the anteroom didn’t seem to picked up on my uncle room comment, but I suppose humour isn’t high in their briefing!

Our room is a bit basic for our tastes as the extra photo shows, but the bed is comfortable . . .
