Lasize del Lago

Slept like logs last night so woke up feeling much more alive!

Hub has a sore foot so we decided to spend the morning on the loungers by the pool....we even had a dip! Very humid again with a cloud haze making it feel heavy.

Yesterday a fellow blipper asked if we were in Desenzano........we are across the lake in Garda. After lunch we took the boat to Lasize, bypassing Bardolino, which is where I took this shot as we were waiting for the boat back to Garda.

Lasize is a pretty village, much smaller than the likes of Garda.....very quaint and not so touristy. We had a goo dol wander before sitting in a lovely little bar, in the shade sipping our Aperol Sprizt :-)

The evening wasnt much cooller......still sultry.
We enjoyed a lovely meal down by the lakeside, linguine with courgettes and prawns for me, hub had veal escalope with white wine sauce and french fries.

A nightcap back at the hotel before bed.
