Parkrun

L and I were volunteering this morning at Parkrun Livingston handing out the finishing tokens.

Lallybroch & Ethan were also volunteering as Marshall's at the section nearest the playpark...

MrsT was running and it was a lovely morning.

Afterwards I took L to her swimming lesson at the Dolphins before buying some paint to make a start on our new summer house.
