New Tyres

I had put my bike in for new tyres last week and it was ready for collection today.

I was supposed to be golfing today at Royal Musselburgh but we rescheduled due to the great Scottish Summer.

To that end, I started the day with a 5km run before taking care of work.

I then ran down to pick up bike before cycling back via L's Rainbows group.

Tonight I'll hit the gym and pick up some essentials for our night tomorrow where friends are coming round for pizza, drinks and a sleepover.
