Wild walkers' surprise

The gov lead the Wild Walkers on a 7.5 mile jaunt around our village.
En route we encountered this chap, evidently a Reeves Pheasant, only about 2000 in the wild.
If I was him I'd get a cammo jacket and keep my head down come November.......
