A SPLASH OF COLOUR ON A GREY DAY.

Well a very busy day starting with getting up at 5am and just as I was about to leave the house for my dog walk the rain came on so I waited for fifteen minutes and it went off. The only thing I saw was on the way home and I saw this one big poppy. It really stood out and as they are my favourite flowers I had to use it as my blip. Home and baked some fresh scones, and the neighbours came in at 10.30am. After they left at 12.30pm I quickly left for the shops and to see if I could find any wild flowers to blip, but the best I could find is in extras, and I had to risk life and limb as they were growing along a busy road. I had to park quickly in a bus stop and run back, by then the rain had started again. Home and did a quick bit of clearing up dead leaves in the garden after all the wind, and now I am off to the care home. Really wish the sun would pay us a visit.
