FlowerFriday 16: Ditch Lily
Hemerocallis fulva, orange day lily, roadside lily, wash-house lily...a native of Asia it has spread from the Caucasus east through the Himalaya to China, Japan and Korea. This orange beauty 'persists where planted' or 'grows like a weed', depending on your perspective, I guess! It's actually not a true lily and is in the genus Hemerocallis and not Lilium. Thanks again to BikerBear for hosting FlowerFriday! :)
*extra* The crows have 'discovered' the BarkButter feeders! OH-OH!
