THE LONE SURVIVOR.

Woke about five this morning and as I have the TV on all night saw the shocking news of the fire in London. How terrible for all  those poor poor families and firemen, I cannot bear to watch the news.
Just to get away from the news I made a flask of coffee and went to the canal, walked six miles, and all I saw was this one mother mallard, but she only had one baby, just hope it survives.
Just back from the care home, so all in all not a very cheery day. Hope you and all your friends and relations are safe.
The extra is a beautiful gift from my lovely friend.
