Unimpressed

8:30am start to the long weekend of DIY and moving.

A long time friend, Steve, most generously came round to give me a hand to try to cover up the vertical lined wallpaper in the lounge. We had a good stab at it. Then i put the first coat of colour on it.

Not too bad.

My girls though were thoroughly unimpressed.

I promised Steve that I wouldn't mention that there is a house across the road up for sale and would be perfect for him. I understand his lovely wife is thinking of moving.

Of course. Won't mention it at all then.
