Jumping for Joy!

After the dilema of where to go this weekend, we decided to stick with our original plan and came to Le Touquet. I'm so glad we did, the weather is fantastic - it's been warm and sunny all day and forecast to be better tomorrow!

We left home at 6.30 am and arrived at 9.30 am, so really have had a full day, but it's been great. We visited the local Saturday market, had lunch on the beach, and then of course had to play on the sand with Louis!

He absolutely loves the beach, as I'm sure all dogs do, although he's not so sure of the sea. I managed to get him in it though, and he went crazy with the waves and started running and jumping about like a mad thing lol! I just love this photo as he is literally mid air, and his shadow is great - plus if you look closely you can see my reflection too...

We're currently relaxing at the hotel which is great as we have a balcony overlooking the beach, and have watched the sand yachts and also a guy in a paraglider who literally flew right over our heads! You can see him here

Anyway, it's been so nice that we've decided to book a second night tomorrow - it means we have to be up really early Monday morning to get Alan to work, but it's worth it :-)
