Delicious it was too! Special dinner in honour of Jen's Dad, Ian, who passed away 2 years ago today. I even bought a bottle of 'Dark Side of the Moon' wine, which I thought might be gimmicky and expensive but turned out to be rather tasty and went well with the steaks. I did however manage to ruin my Bernaise sauce at the very last minute but it was all very tasty :)
