Shichimi Togarashi

Spiced duck ramen to night, though I discovered we didn't have any shichimi in the cupboard and all the Chinese supermarkets are closed after 6. So a quick scan of the internet and the cupboards revealed that I did in fact have the ingredients to make some up. And as it turns out it's nicer than the packaged stuff.

Jen's PC seems to have developed an irritating habit of turning itself off randonly which will require much investigation I fear, whilst I love software and can manage to build a computer from scratch I'm not too sure how to fix them when something goes wrong. I'm guessing there is a power issue but all the virus/malware possibilities will also have to be ruled out.
