the smoker

we had an event at church today called 'dads, lads and lasses'. the idea being that the dads spent sometime with their kids doing activities. We felt for the organiser as 3 families didnt turn up. We had bought 2 turkey crowns to 'smoke ' but only one was used. The other one is in my 'fridge waiting to be carved and frozen for another day
Alan is doing the smoking which we trundled up the church yesterday. It has to be trundled home tomorrow. Hopefully someone will be available to help him after coffee which he is doing .
