Meet Max

A neighbours dog, Max is a  bit Labrador and a bit Rottweiler and there could be some other bits there too. He is not a working dog but goes to his fathers work every day at an orchard. I remember the day they brought him home as a surprise for their two sons. From the Nelson SPCA he sat at their feet in the truck, such a little bundle. It didn't take long and he was big. He used to escape quite a bit but now we hardly ever see him, just hear him woof very occasionally. He is a big softie and he decided he would sniff the camera - as you do if you are a dog.
