View from the top

Making the most of a lovely, rather windy day L and I went to the Falkirk Wheel where we watched the incredible piece of engineering in action. The Wheel is a rotating boat lift which connects the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal.

To work up an appetite for lunch we enjoyed a walk along part of the Forth and Clyde towpath. Plenty of cyclists sharing the path with us.
