Rain, rain,rain and more rain

Sooo much rain today, non stop all day and not a glimpse of the sun. The poor Blue tits have looked so wet but they continue to go to the feeders to feed their fledglings. This baby was waiting to be fed and had found a fairly dry spot under the fir tree.
Too wet and cold to hold Brownies outside and it's not often I let the weather defeat me but it would nt have been fun and everywhere was water logged. We had a great time in the dry having a Teddy bear picnic and playing games. We said good bye to one of our Brownies who will be 10 in 10 days.
Richard made a lovely chilli for when I got in.
