St Andrew's House

A late blip as we awaited the arrival of MrFlum's cousin from a Grand Tour of Scotland.

St Andrew's House  participated in Earth Hour, with at least the floodlights turned off, but frequently shows lights in various offices at night; in fact, between my first photo and this, the top corridor in the near section lit up.

I don't know if this has been blipped before but the extra has been in my blipbank for so long that it is now impossible to photograph well, as the improvements to Waverley's Market Street access have placed a glass wall in the way of a clear view. Unless I invest in a long monopod or hang around for better weather this is the best I can offer.
