Flowers and rain

Today started off bright but as predicted the rain came later.  My blip is an orchid which is currently flowering with drips of rain on the bathroom window behind.

It is still raining, the cats are already fed up with the rain and are looking out the window wishing it would stop.

My extra photo is a gift from the cats, brought in before the rain started.  Rich thought the snake had died and took it outside. As he carried it, the snake stuck its tongue out so it seemed to be alive.  Rich left it in peace and when he went to check later it was gone.  Hopefully it will be okay and found somewhere to hide from the rain.
