Walking with Skylarks

We went out for a late afternoon walk in Ashdown Forest.  We could hear Skylarks all around but had trouble seeing them.  It was quite windy on the forest and my ears were cold by the time we got back to the car.

It has been a busy day, allotment this morning, which was going to be my blip - see extra photos, then lunch in the garden and then house work.  We are now all set for the new week.
