Volunteer recognition

Catching up after 3 full on days so this post a little late.

Friday saw an early train departure to the west of Scotland. All going well and on time for my meeting when the train came to a halt in a tunnel with no phone signal. Points failure ahead. Managed to use wifi yo get a colleague to phone ahead but by the time we got to the meeting some had had to go. So n chance to express my recognition of their contribution. So back yo Glasgow for meetings and phone conferences then off to Greenock to the Inverclyde Area Support Team recognising the volunteering of both panel and AST volunteers. Lovely evening both as an occasion in Greenock Wanderers Rugby Club - see extra - and in climate terms. See main blip of natural and artificial light.

My colleague, Victoria, and I had to leave the pub quiz as it got into full swing in order to make sure we got back to Edinburgh before the last train. Home by 00:30.
