Accident

A happy one.

Bunged some new tyres on me bike this morning - slicker, narrower - and then went out late arvo for a ride round the block to test 'em out. A 'ride round the block' that accidentally found me out at Aberlady (18 miles away) an hour later. Nice out there it was. Arrived home just as the heavens opened, with perfect timing. It was obviously meant to be.

Cheers to jaybroek for the lend of that track pump to make sure I had the all-important pressure, pounds per square inch and that (imperial to the max!).
