Sorted out them sleepover guests with breakfast and then headed out mid-morning for  a decent 54 mile ride down through The Meldons and back via Romano Bridge. Cinema, pub and takeaway with my lot later to round off a great day. Oh, and it was my birthday so there were some presents and cake in there as well!
