Morning sunflowers

Got up early-early this morning to go riding before work. It is the brainchild of a friend at work who has decided to 'take back his life' since the kids were born. We also went with another friend from work who has never mountain biked before, and had managed to crash his bike in the parking lot before he actually owned it. The trail selection wasnt particularly nice for a first time rider, but he road very well.
