953. One case down one to go!

Well my case arrived yesterday and the couriers were great, they were running a bit late and when I phoned I got accurate info and a direct contact number for the driver....after days of not being able to contact BA it was a breath of fresh air....

BA told us that our second bag was on a flight to Edinburgh yesterday which turned out to be a huge lie as it's sitting in a warehouse with a courier who doesn't deliver to Scotland and won't be passed to one who does until Monday evening so we won't see it until Tuesday....I just wish they'd tell the truth...
