A faithful assistant.

I met my brother in Newbury at the Baptist church this morning where we enjoyed a breakfast and a short talk from someone from Boats of Hope who are visiting the town this week before going for a walk around Newbury. The canal is always an interesting place to walk, so much colour and things to see. As we walked over the bridge we noticed one very excited little boy with his mother looking towards the lock. Sure enough, a boat was coming through, we also stopped to watch it emerge from the lock and then once it went under the bridge we rushed to the other side to see it come through. It was then that we saw the dog, clearly enjoying the day too.
