Docs first thing and I am off the statins permanently - they didn't agree with me and I stopped before I saw the Doc. Am going to manage my cholesterol through my diet..still need BP tabs however. From there I called in at Tesco to get the things I forgot on yesterday's shop & then I filled up with petrol...the price of which is steadily going through the roof.

Home to do a few jobs...then after lunch we went to Slimming World. Considering that we were away last week I managed to lose 8lbs meaning that I have now lost 1st 2.5lbs...I am pleased, to say the least, & I came home & celebrated with a small Crunchie which was FANTASTIC !

Out again soon to pick up Zak who we are having overnight - lets hope he behaves.
