Fine Upstanding.......

Another inversion day and a bit cool but we went out after lunch (his) and caught a moment of light. These thingies are native to NZ and looked grand on the little rise but the walking  was not up to standard as The Boss had promised to try to sort out a friends windows PC and it’s adventures with an old bit of software “Picasa” which is completely out of date. 
The friend had been using it for years and it was not a thought to replace it and risk losing all the sorting that had taken place over the years so he invented a work around instead but was totally stopped in his tracks with a second project when the friends older “Android” device, handed on by a family member, refused to have anything to do with a much needed banking app ‘cos it was too old. 
It reinforced his popular statement that
 “There is no such thing as a bargain with technology” 
I spent a more relaxed time zzzing in Nusuzz
