View from the beach (Day 755)

It seems to have been a fairly busy day today, and between us  my beautiful wife and I seem to have covered a fair part of the island.

The morning wander up the hill was replaced with a trip to the beach. The dogs wandered around whilst HV and I collected more whelks, then zoomed through to Stromness to swap them for some cash.

We were back home in time for lunch, then a trip to Aikerness for a wander with the dogs. Back at home, HV and I parted, I went to town to collect a few things, whilst she went to do horsey stuff.

On my return home, I finally finished cutting the grass. Hurrah.
