Cloud breaking up

Both of us prefer to get up and go cycling rather than wait until the afternoon of today's better weather.  We took the roads round to Colne today, had a little navigational planning error that took us on the canal tow path to Barnoldswick (lucky it was in good condition), before heading back through Skipton & Bolton Abbey.  

We paused here for a bar instead of a coffee shop and enjoyed the little bit of brightness that was starting to creep in.  Now spending the afternoon and evening feeding.  Almost as good as yesterday's smashed avocado was my toast layered with almond butter, drizzled with agave syrup and topped with a smashed banana (that was the second of three lunches!)
