Well the weather changed drastically today - last night we were sat on the beach until about 7.30pm after temperatures of 27 degrees, but today it was grey and only 16 degrees!

We'd planned to cycle to the marina and decided to go anyway, but it was quite hard cycling with a a head wind.  The advantage though was that coming back we had a tail wind and we managed a maximum speed of 20 mph!

We had a walk round the marina before, stopping for a shandy and this little fishing boat provided me with a colourful blip on a grey day.  

Tonight Alison & Tony came round for dinner.  I was hoping to BBQ and eat outside but forgot that idea and made a lasagna and salad, but just before they arrived, the sun came out, so we could have BBQ'd after all!  Anyway, we managed to sit outside for a drink first.
