Newlands Corner

We found it difficult to "escape" Mum's local area this morning - traffic and roadworks meant we only managed around 11miles after over an hour of travel :(

However, eventually we hit the A25 and ignoring the Sat Nav, which patiently tried to direct me onto the M25 (and more traffic madness), took a leisurely road trip through the Kent and Surrey countryside. We stopped at Newlands corner to stretch our legs and have an ice cream, before I wandered off to take some photos.
