Rhododendron

The start of a week's holiday saw me beavering away tidying up the house ready to invite Mum up to stay.

On the way to Kent to pick her up, I took a detour to the National Trust's Claremont Landscape Garden. There have been some changes since I last visited, including an upgraded Cafe which was very impressive, and I had a lovely lunch.

It was then time for a quick stroll around the lake, taking in these lovely example of Rhododendron, before facing the "joy" of the M25 on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend.
