Able Tasman National Park #3

Waking up at Moa Park, our third day in on the Inland Track. Took a quick bath in freezing cold stream nearby, just missing an encounter with three pig hunters and their hunting dogs. Bizaare. Last night's slumber was wonderful, listening to the birds chattering and singing. We heard many Morepork Owls that litterally make a call similar to "more pork" -in the evening and through the night. Just wonderful.

This park was huge, expansive, and beautiful to embrace. Imagine 9 foot tall flightless birds hanging out here...
