Summer butterfly

I love to see the butterflies flitting about as that is a sure sign that high summer is approaching and it has certainly felt like that today.  I had a few jobs to do in the morning including making bread using a new white/spelt flour combination. I went into town later for a meeting but otherwise have enjoyed the summer sunshine.  My knee is still a nuisance and I neither cycled nor went for a walk today and I think I will have to lay off the sport for a bit longer.
